Terms of Service for Enjoy App by Grep Advisory Pte Ltd

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Enjoy App, a language-learning platform developed and operated by Grep Advisory Pte Ltd (UEN: 202411162K), a company based in Singapore. By accessing or using the Enjoy App, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

To use the Enjoy App, Users may be required to register and create an account. By registering, Users confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Balance Deposits and Non-Refund Policy

4.1 Balance Deposits

Users may be required to deposit funds to access certain features or courses in the Enjoy App. The deposit will be converted into language learning API credits, which the User can use for Enjoy App services only.

4.2 Non-Refundable Policy

Once a balance has been deposited by the User, it is strictly non-refundable. The User agrees that any funds deposited into the Enjoy App will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to account deactivation or termination.

5. Use of Credits and Enjoy App Services

5.1 Credits Usage

Credits acquired through the deposit can be used exclusively for accessing services within the Enjoy App. Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash or used for services outside of the Enjoy App.

5.2 Limited License to Use Services

Grep Advisory Pte Ltd grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Enjoy App services. All services, credits, or balances within the Enjoy App are and remain the property of Grep Advisory Pte Ltd and are provided solely for the User’s personal, non-commercial use.

5.3 Ownership

Users acknowledge that any credits, balance, or other virtual goods or services in the Enjoy App are solely licensed to the User and are not owned by the User. These virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be refunded, resold, or transferred to any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, and services within the Enjoy App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and designs, are the property of Grep Advisory Pte Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content in the Enjoy App without prior written permission.

Grep Advisory Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a User’s access to the Enjoy App at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the User has violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that could harm the Enjoy App, other Users, or Grep Advisory Pte Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grep Advisory Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Enjoy App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Grep Advisory Pte Ltd’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of the most recent balance deposit by the User.

Grep Advisory Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Enjoy App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Enjoy App shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
